No word beyond this point... just an "off-the-wire" notification.  While no surprise, shows willingness to use infrastructure to further political and socio-economic objectives. 

BOLIVIA: GROUP THREATENS WATER CUTOFF

The Unified Federation of Chuquisacan Communities announced Aug. 25 that it may cut off water supplies to the capital city of Sucre in protest of rising food prices, the Bolivian Information Agency reported.
