[SCADASEC] Regarding the disclosure incident with WaterISAC

I don't mean to upset anybody but that's so ridiculous!

The information is on the Internet now, cached on servers across the
planet. The document does not have any specific details anyway, just
some very generic stuff. There is nothing in that document that would-be
attackers aren't already aware of.

I think people have trouble coming to grips with the fact that these
days  once something has leaked it remains leaked, if you doubt it ask
