[SCADASEC] Danger from Canada

I was going to chime in and point out that there are cities all over the 
US where immigrant communities maintain their own little self imposed 
ghettos.  It's something that has happened since the country was formed.

The new element to all this is that in the old days, people came to live 
in the country for good, and they did their best to blend in with the 
rest of society.  I'm not entirely convinced that this is still true 
today.  In other words, every western country would be well advised not 
to ignore these immigrant communities and to pay close attention to what 
passes for social talk around there.

I believe want and need these new people and that we don't mean that 
they should give up their traditions or identities.  But we do ask that 
they recognize the opportunity to participate in the democratic government.
