Hi Jake there are a few efforts out there and they have slowed a little of late but not stopped. There are a number of vendor led efforts but they are only part of the whole package and the approach neded to be undertaken starts from the ground up not the sky down.

I expect to see some progress soon. I have a few documents on some proposals and one is pretty close conceptually to what is being worked on I will send you off list if you like.
