A Greka Oil security consultant says he has strong indications two of the company’s spills in Santa Barbara County, California, were no accident. On Friday, the consultant announced that the spills that occurred on December 7 and January 4 were caused by someone with inside knowledge of the oil industry. Stop work orders were placed at several Greka sites following numerous oil spills during the past couple months. Greka says the investigation into alleged sabotage will continue.
