Hi Paul,

I for one will wait for the announcement on the release of the enquiry 
and hope that it will have some depth for everyone in the community to 
understand and learn from.

I don't think I have seen the data referenced as being sourced from the 
GAO, so this is some different info being reported at least I suppose.

A shame they included every other link they could, except the excerpts 
they quoted for the GAO report. I will go looking on the GAO site and 
see if I can find the original source and read the data for myself.

Most of the info released publicly on this incident has been from other 
sources such as FERC, etc.

In any case beating up the power company concerned is not going to solve 
the issue, all it does is make people more intent on minimising the 
situation. The company invested a great deal of money upgrading the 
plant some 800 million so I would hope it would have some pretty good 
technology where it really counts.

Joe will be happy at least it looks like they used some more of a recent 
2hr media interview and a plug for his company!.
