In my opinion, ENISA is a step in the right direction, but they have a
tough role. I don't know if they are the proper body for assigning
this kind of issues, but I feel that nowadays ENISA still needs more
help from the EU countries. Which is the ENISA role in SCADA security?
Most of the EU countries are developing their initiatives but I do not
know if ENISA is aware.
