[SCADASEC] Free Wireless Broad band order by the FCC

I have been corrected on this from a HAM list server.
It is a 25 MHz wide chuck of spectrum, not at 25 MHz.  That is what I
get for skim reading, and being hungry as I post.

Next time eat then post.
